AutoCAD: Dynamic Blocks
Provides a description and explanation of some of the tools used to create dynamic blocks. Dynamic block best practices and examples of what can be accomplished using dynamic blocks will be covered. The workshop will include the hands-on creation of a dynamic block for each student.
AutoCAD Electrical: Title Block Creation
Provides detailed information concerning the creation and usability of a Title Block. This session will show the user how to map an AutoCAD Title Block to a project and how to perform project wide changes to a Title Block. The user will learn about the .wdt and .wdp files which are essential to the mapping of project wide attributes.
AutoCAD Electrical: Template Creation
Provides information concerning the importance of the use of template files when creating new drawing files. The user will create template files that include such variables as drawing properties, wire layers, title blocks and borders, commonly used blocks, ladders, circuits and other graphical entities.
AutoCAD Electrical: Custom Schematic Symbol/Blocks Creation
Provides an overview of the procedure on how to create custom intelligent symbols/blocks. The user will create a custom symbol/block by using the symbol builder and implement the specific naming conventions of the symbol/block itself. This will include the specific attributes the symbol/block needs in order to make it intelligent.
AutoCAD Electrical: Converting AutoCAD Drawing into AutoCAD Electrical Intelligent Drawings
Provide an overview of converting existing AutoCAD legacy data into intelligent AutoCAD Electrical data. This will include linking title block information to a project, convert drawing lines into wire lines, convert AutoCAD blocks to source and destination arrows and convert blocks to intelligent schematic and footprint symbols.
AutoCAD Electrical and Inventor: Linking Cables between AutoCAD Electrical and Inventor
Provides an overview of the process of communicating data between AutoCAD Electrical and AutoCAD Inventor. This session will also cover best-practices and hands on exercises to insure the most productivity during this handshake.
Inventor: Large Assembly Best Practice Overview
Provides an overview of the methodologies and best practices for working with large assemblies in AutoCAD Inventor. This session will provide information on the different methodologies that can be implemented along with the tools inside of the software will make you successful using these methodologies.
Inventor: Inventor Styles and Standards Overview
Provides an overview of Styles and how to manage them. This will also cover different scenarios with hands on exercises on how to use, manage, and leverage the styles within AutoCAD Inventor.
Inventor: Inventor Template and Title Block Creation
Provides an overview to the process of creating templates and title blocks within AutoCAD Inventor. This will also cover best practices on how to leverage intelligence into your templates and title blocks for an increase in productivity while creating drawings.
AutoCAD Mechanical: Top 3 Features in AutoCAD Mechanical
Provide an overview to some of the best features in AutoCAD Mechanical that are sometimes forgotten by users. The following items will be the focus of this course: Power Dimensions, Mechanical Structure, Hide Situation Tools.
