Adraft is pleased to call the historic schoolhouse on Baird Road, home. The schoolhouse was constructed as a one-room school in 1885. In the 1920’s, the schoolhouse building had two identical additions built on either side of the original brick structure in order to house three educational levels: primary, intermediate and middle school. Due to the growth of the area and the increase in traffic on Baird Road, Perinton residents voted for school centralization in 1951. As the transition occurred, the schoolhouse was no longer needed by the school system and was sold off in the spring of 1960. Since that time, the schoolhouse has been home to a bar & tavern and then various office spaces. We have converted the two original classrooms back into their intended purpose.
