As you may have heard, Autodesk 2019 product launch has caused some Autodesk Account and licensing issues. Autodesk is working as hard as possible to rectify the situation but I wanted to reach out to all of you and let you know that your best course of action is an ounce of prevention. If you are a Contract Manager or Software Coordinator please pay close attention to your Autodesk Account and if you notice any issues to please put in a case to Autodesk through your Account. After you have done that, please let your Adraft Account Manager know that you have entered a case. This will help us monitor your needs.
These issues have only affected “Subscribers”, not perpetual Maintenance customers.
